Whether you’re planning a large-scale renovation or just updating a single room, the interior design process can feel overwhelming. Our design professionals use Revit for design development and contract documents to make this journey enjoyable by involving you and keeping you informed at every step of the design process.

Programming

We gather information about your needs and aesthetics through a project questionnaire, an initial phone conversation (Virtual Meet and Greet), an in-person consultation to discuss the project scope and budget requirements, take field measurements and photos of the space, and a follow-up meeting to review the project timeline and budget.

Schematic Design

Our design team develops initial design concepts to meet your specific functional, aesthetic, and budget requirements. We present a preliminary range of furniture, materials, finishes, and equipment, along with initial plans, elevations, and a revised budget for your review and approval before proceeding to the design development phase.

Design Development

During this phase, we will complete the design decisions and drawings, which include choosing furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, and materials. We will then present the final drawings and selections, along with material boards and an updated budget, for your approval before moving on to the contract document phase.

Construction Documents

When applicable, technical drawings are produced for your project to facilitate the contractor’s implementation of the design.

Contract Administration

Our primary objective is to inform you and receive your input with regular updates on the construction of your project. We collaborate with contractors and other design professionals to materialize your design vision. This entails overseeing construction activities on-site and managing the installation of furniture and accessories.
